Safety 1 - There is a non-functioning smokehouse in the yard that is used to store yard equipment. We ask that you please do not attempt to open it. 2 - The interior fireplace is for limited seasonal use only. Please reach out if you would really like to use it. Otherwise, the outdoor firepit is always available for use. Firewood is not provided. 3 - We ask that you would avoid touching the well pump in the backyard both for your safety and the comfort of our guests. 4 - For your safety, please do not use the fence gate to the left of the house. To access the backyard, please use the door in the sun room, the side door near the deck, or the fence gate in front of the driveway. Cleanliness 5 - We ask that you attempt to leave the home in the same state that you found it in. Please close and lock all windows and doors as well as make sure the furniture is in its original position before leaving. 6 - There is no garbage disposal in the sink. We ask that you throw all food items in the garbage before cleaning dishes in the sink. If food or other items accidentally go into the sink, please shake out the strainer over the garbage or otherwise remove them so that they don't block the drain. 7 - This home runs on a septic tank, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper or flushable wipes. 8 - Please tie off all garbage bags and leave them in the heavy-duty trash can at the end of the driveway. 9 - Dogs are welcome and are free to enjoy the fully fenced yard at no extra cost! However, we ask that they be recently bathed and to use the provided grey sheets in the laundry basket near the couch as furniture coverings. We also ask that you please pick up after them using the dog bags or plastic bags under the sink. Dog droppings left inside or outside the house, or evidence that the dog was up on the furniture will result in a $25 fee for extra cleaning. Cats are unfortunately not allowed due to allergy concerns. 10 - There is no smoking of any kind permitted inside the house. Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $200 fee for remediation. Other 11 - The pool table is available for use. We only ask that you take care of the equipment and replace everything when you're finished. 12 - Please remember to log out of your streaming services on the TVs before leaving so that the next guest does not have access to your account. 13 - Please do not lower the temperature below 68 degrees. This will damage the system and result in a $100 fee to cover maintenance. No refunds will be issued if the AC malfunctions due to the temperature being set too low. 14 - We occasionally send inventory restock items to the house via Amazon. If you see a package left on the doorstep, please place it in the laundry room adjacent to the living room. 15 - Overstaying your checkout without permission will incur a $50 fee per half hour past the designated checkout time, which is 10 am unless otherwise specified. If you would like to check out later, you must request it no later than 8 pm the night before so we can schedule with the cleaners if necessary. 16 - You are only permitted to ship items to the house if your stay is a week or longer. 17 - We are not responsible for any items left behind. Double-check to ensure you have all your belongings. If you do realize you have left something of value behind, please contact us immediately. There is no guarantee we can get the item back to you. However, if it is possible to return the item, there is a $20 handling fee, plus the postage and any other costs involved in getting the item back to you. This will be handled through the resolution center.

Guests have access to the entire home as well as the fully-fenced backyard, the side deck, and the spacious front yard.
